When you submit a consultation request, we collect the name, business name, email address, phone number, license types and message you provide. We do not require sensitive financial detail through the website, and we ask that you not send it until a secure channel is established.
How it is used
Submitted information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver the services engaged. We do not sell or rent contact information, and we do not share it with third parties except service providers who help operate this site or where required by law.
Confidentiality
Client financial information is treated as confidential and handled in accordance with professional standards applicable to accounting practice. Given the regulated nature of cannabis, we take particular care with license and ownership information.
Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you have submitted by emailing advisory@cannabiscpaoregon.com. Requests are handled within a reasonable period, subject to any records we are required to retain.
